As a leading enterprise in the field of high-end equipment manufacturing in China, FIN CNC has successfully developed the milestone project of “Key Technologies and Applications for Intelligent Manufacturing of High speed Switches and Pad Plates” through years of deep cultivation and independent innovation. This project comprehensively covers the full range of rail processing equipment such as RD, RDL, RS, RDS, RSM, etc., covering the entire process of sawing, drilling, milling, shot blasting cleaning, painting, drying, and coding. It also launches intelligent railway pad processing production lines such as PDD and PDS, systematically breaking through multiple technical bottlenecks in the field of intelligent processing of high-speed railway rails in China and forming a complete technical system and equipment cluster.

Cette ligne de production intègre des technologies de pointe telles que la technologie des robots intelligents, le système de positionnement dynamique de haute précision, la technologie de détection intelligente et de contrôle adaptatif, le système de reconnaissance par vision industrielle et la technologie de traitement laser, afin de créer un système d'usinage de précision flexible, rapide et intelligent pour les composants d'interrupteurs. Grâce au contrôle numérique de l'ensemble du processus et à l'optimisation intelligente, des améliorations significatives ont été apportées à la précision, à l'efficacité et à la stabilité du traitement, les indicateurs techniques clés atteignant des niveaux de premier plan au niveau international. Ce système fournit une solution intelligente à chaîne complète pour la fabrication des composants d'aiguillage des trains à grande vitesse et jette les bases d'un développement sûr, efficace et intelligent pour l'industrie du transport ferroviaire en Chine. Il démontre efficacement la force technologique et l'influence de la marque de l'industrie chinoise de fabrication d'équipements haut de gamme, et est devenu un projet modèle pour la promotion de la transformation et de la modernisation de l'industrie.
